three months before you get pregnant.

and watch out for certain signs and symptoms.
For example, knowing when you ovulate.
The period of ovulation is also termed as the window of opportunity.
This is the best time to conceive. There
are several ways to track ovulation. Monitoring
your basal temperature and observing cervix mucus consistencies are just some of
the simple tests you can perform yourself.
Normally
couples can take any time from one month to a year to get pregnant.
