You’re expecting your little bundle of joy soon and you’re rearing to know whether you should buy pink booties or blue rompers!  The anticipation is killing you but the ultrasound scan just can’t reveal the sex of your baby yet.  What do you do?  You could always have a little fun and try your hand at the Chinese pregnancy calendar to check out the gender of your baby.

Based on the cycles of the moon, the Chinese pregnancy calendar calculates the lunar age of the mother when she conceived and also the month in which she conceived.  With these details in hand, just tally them on the calendar.  Depending on the combination of the age and month of conception, you can tell straight away what the gender of your baby is!

The Chinese pregnancy calendar or what some people call the Chinese birth chart can reveal more than the gender of your baby.  You can also use it to increase your chances of having either a girl or a boy.  Just check for your age against the month that will give you the gender of choice and then the rest is up to you.  There are those that swear by this calendar and those who claim there’s no such thing as gender prediction. But there’s no harm in trying.  It could just work for you!
