anyone asks you what it feels like expecting a baby, you can safely tell them,
it is an overwhelming experience. The
changes that take place over your nine months of pregnancy are simply amazing!
But this awesome journey from “just the two of us” to now a
“threesome” is not always an easy one.
This means that you will be physically, emotionally and even mentally
tested.
Physically your body goes through many changes to accommodate your growing
child. Your body will also prepare
you for birth. This comes with the
common discomforts associated with pregnancy like heartburns, changes in bowel
habits, aches and pains, fatigue and nausea among others.
Expecting
a baby can be an emotional roller coaster ride.
From feeling elated to feeling inadequate, these changes in emotions are
common. Fear of not knowing what to

health care provider. You should
also ask questions if in doubt.
Lastly, being mentally prepared is vitally important when expecting a baby.
Thinking positive and understanding your new found role as a mother help
you keep in tune with your pregnancy. You
